只做cupcake好似單調一點, 就不如加一些裝飾 等佢得意d :)
食譜 (Butter Cream Frosting)
/ 150g Butter - softened
/ 250g Icing Sugar
/ 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
/ 2 tsp Hot Water
/ Color Extract
- Beat the butter and sugar
- Once well combined, add the vanilla extract and water until smooth and creamy.
Very nice cupcakes... 不放雪櫃可以嗎? 個icing會不會溶下?
