椰汁馬荳糕

最近咪太忙了, 每天工作過後

回家安頓過後 已經很累很累

就不如分享下d舊作

馬荳糕 ...... 媽咪愛既甜品 仲要有好多好多豆豆 ^^

食譜

Ingredients :

1 cup corn flour

1 ½ cups sugar (I think can reduce to 1 cup only)

2/3 cup coconut milk

½ cup evaporated milk

4 cups water

1 cup or 3/4 cup Yellow Pea

Method :

1.  Add 3 cups of water with sugar bring to boil, then add coconut milk & evaporated milk

2.  Mix 1 cup of water with corn flour, stir until well mix

3.  pour cornflour mixture slowly into “1” and keep stirring until well mix, turn off the heat

不妨將豆豆煮得"林"一點, 聽說會慢慢變得硬些
